This marble bench has a substantial weight, is designed with practicality in mind and the legs are detached allowing for convenient transportation. Bench is heavy so please keep in mind it will need a team of 4 people to assemble. Marble might show natural grain and veins variations, along with minor blemishes and imperfections.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If an item gets damaged during transit, please take pictures and notify the shipper immediately. Also, please make sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting your merchandise. 

Please note: De-cor is not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation but we will assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipper. Shipping companies have the right to repair to its original condition, if unable to restore we can initiate a claim for reimbursement or replacement.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you’ll love your purchase from De-cor, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we understand and are happy to offer a 14-day exchange policy. All items must be sent back in its original condition free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, etc.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. We will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.

Modified or custom pieces, antiques and fabric by the yard can not be returned and/or exchanged. They are considered FINAL SALE.
