Hand-carved from a single block of hardwood, this African bed showcases the simple yet elegant sculptural form of Senufo craftsmanship. A Senufo bed of this size is a rare find as they are carved from a single hardwood log, originally used for ceremonial purposes and daily use, this bed features a horizontal polished plank base supported by four cone-shaped legs. The raised headrest adds to its comfort and functionality.

Despite signs of age and wear,including cracks and chips this antique African bed remains a beautiful and versatile piece. Use it as a statement-making coffee table or bench to add a functional rustic touch of African heritage to your indoor or outdoor space.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. We will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.

Modified or custom pieces, antiques and fabric by the yard can not be returned and/or exchanged. They are considered FINAL SALE.
