Canape Platter

This stunning Canape Platter is what you need to entertain your guests. With four serving stems, that are removable from the wooden platter, this is interactive and immersive fun for all.

Designed in collaboration with chef Michael Wignall. Solid sterling silver dishes and handles, with English holly for the base. This piece is inspired by growth and movement. Capturing the essence of nature through food.

Made through forging the silver and forming the dishes to create petal like stem and soldering the two together. The feet are forged and fabricated before being tenoned onto the wood.

The wood has been split down, sanded and drilled to allow for the stems to sit in the platter.
